Dear Monkey's (Rossouw, Brink and Brendan)
Sending you a thank you note was probably one of the hardest thank you notes to type, as there are no amount of words that one can put together in a sentence to say thank you enough and show appreciation to you as a band for being part of our wedding.
When we started planning our wedding we knew we wanted to have live music at our wedding as we both love music and our loved ones would definitely enjoy the lively ambiance and atmosphere a live band would bring.
When we came across the name Monkey's Wedding we were intrigued, however did not know at that time it would be the band we chose for our wedding.
We went to view the Monkey's at the Sunday hangout spot at The Throbbing Strawberry in Douglasdale and instantly became fans. The passion, enthusiasm for music and people was evident from the start. We wanted 'that' to be part of our wedding as it resembles the passion that we have for each other as a couple.
From start to finish, from the first to final get together in planning our wedding, as a band you were open to suggestions, listened to what we wanted but also realized that we just wanted you to entertain our guests and create an atmosphere of grooveyness for our #Grooveywedding.
Thank you for exceeding our expectations. Thank you for creating an atmosphere where all our guests could enjoy the night together, dance their shoes off and make memories that will last us and them a lifetime.
We've added a view photo's as a throwback of what was, but one must experience a live show with The Monkeys Wedding band to really see what they would miss if they weren't part of their wedding.
